Does claiming cost anything?
Sending a claim is free, and you can claim on the Free plan without paying anything. If you choose Standard ($39 a month) or Premium ($79 a month), we email you a payment link after we approve the claim. Nothing is charged before then.
My business is listed and I never added it. How?
To build a complete Sydney directory, we add businesses from public information: name, suburb, category and contact details. Claiming the listing lets you check it and change what it says. You can also ask us to fix or remove it.
How do you check that I own the business?
When you send your claim you can attach proof, like a business card, an invoice or your ABN details, and add a short note. A person reviews every claim, and we may call or email you to confirm.
My business isn't listed. What now?
Add it from the plans page. The plans and prices are the same as claiming, and a new listing goes live after a quick review.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard gives you a full listing and a dashboard to run it yourself. Premium adds a page our team designs and looks after for you, a Strategy Session, unlimited changes and the Business Growth Services. The plans page compares them line by line.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your dashboard, at any time. There's no lock-in and no exit fee. Your listing goes back to the free version and you stay the verified owner. The Premium page and the Business Growth Services stop when the subscription ends.

Each location has its own listing, so each one can show up in its own suburb. Claim each one separately, or talk to us and we'll help set them up together.
